This project provides unemployed disabled people with help and support in looking for work, and increases their professional opportunities. The beneficiaries include 220 people with mild and severe disabilities from the Bielsko-Biała District.
Project activities:
-Vocational tests and questionnaires; providing information on the job market and available courses and training programmes; helping with job application documents; information on disabled people's rights
-A series of workshops on communication skills, assertiveness, presentation skills, job interviews skills, CVs and running a business.
-Two practical guides with some information on the job market for people with disabilities (edition: 1000 copies each). A special CD version for visually impared people will also be available.
The vocational advice bureau for people with disabilities is the only service of this kind currenly available in the Bielsko-Biała District.
