The main aim of this initiative is
to take action against social pathologies, especially addictions.
Can the arts
be a vehicle for support, intervention and providing
new perspectives?
The participants of creative, educational workshops
will seek to answer these questions and to share them with
viewers
and
readers.
This project consists of four components:
1) Creative, educational workshops (13 theatre
groups, one journalist group) for disadvantaged youth
and adults
2) "Jesteśmy" magazine
- a special issue on addictions seen from different
perspectives, addressed to disadvantaged youth people
3) Educational Guide - practical
didactic material for teachers, educators, therapists
and school
psychologists.
It will consist
of a book and an instructional film - both to be
used at schools and in life-long learning about the
subject
of
addictions
4) Web information site on addictions
and the prevention system in Poland
